Receive an agent provider's revocation event

auth.md events_endpoint (present while an agent provider is trusted): the provider pushes a Security Event Token (RFC 8417, RFC 8935 push delivery), signed by its pinned JWKS with this issuer as aud. The identity-assertion revoked event revokes every session of its (provider, subject): their access tokens and identity assertions. Errors are {err, description} (RFC 8935 section 2.4).
