RFC 9728 protected resource metadata of /api/v1, also served at /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource (the URL every /api/v1 401 names in WWW-Authenticate: Bearer resource_metadata=…) and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/api/v1.
