Open an artifact by its lasting link

The artifact’s bytes behind a lasting link: every request is authorized and redirected to a freshly signed URL of the stored object, so a reloaded, bookmarked or shared link keeps working for a caller who may read the artifact. Link to this rather than to a signed URL.
