Estimate a Factory run

What a Factory run would make and cost now, with nothing created, held or queued: its clips (scenarios × looks × seedsPerLook; every clip is 20 s of the Alpamayo 4-camera rig), camera-seconds, a rough ETA and the most it can charge (every clip accepted; flagged and rejected clips are free). warnings names scenarios simulated on past their authored end (simulated_past_authored_end), cut to their first 20 s (scenario_clip_window) or left out (render_ego_missing).
